We had 22 members bowling yesterday when the green was opened. 3 more members popped in to see us all. The weather was glorious and everyone enjoyed themselves. We paused at 3.00pm to observe a minutes silence in memory of HRH Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh. The tennis players on the tennis courts also stopped.

We will be playing organised bowls on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon throughout the season.

Let's hope the weather stays fine.
