Covid bowling

I am pleased to report that 10 members are now bowling under the restrictions put in place by the Coronovirus. All who have bowled have found it very safe and have enjoyed getting back to some sort of normality. Although it is difficult times we have managed to play a little bit of competitive bowls. 3 ladies challenged 3 men in a game of triples At the moment having played twice the scores are equal. A decider is planned!! Watch this space.

With a few more people playing we are trying to set up a mini Australian pairs league. This will probably be played on a set day each week.

If members are interested in starting bowling but have concerns regarding the safety please let either Vicky or Graham know. Both would be willing to meet you at the green and show the measures that are in place.
